The team at This is Doing is so excited about Doing Design Festival V3 themed ‘Better Together’ that is happening on February 11 2022. After V1 and V2, we saw more and more people attend from all over the world and had people pulling all-nighters in Australia, New Zealand and even West Coast of the Americas. This is why we are running V3 in a more time friendly for these areas this time! Plus it gives me a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with all the fantastic Design communities that I was part of in Australia for over 13-years.

My name is Gerry Scullion, and I’m the CEO of This is Doing, and the Founder of the Human Centered Design Network and #1 podcast This is HCD.

In this event, you’ll hear from some of our finest trainers who will cover topics like Facilitating of Safe Spaces with Adam Lawrence and Renatus Hoogenraad from This is Service Design Doing and Applied Improvisation Masters, Trauma Informed Design from Rachael Dietkus a social worker turned Service Design based in Chicago - someone who has deep authority to speak in this space, you will hear from the main author of This is Service Design Thinking and This is Service Design Doing books - Marc Stickdorn, as well as hearing from KA McKercher author of the fantastic book ‘Beyond Sticky Notes’ who will speak about Designing with Humility. Also on the day you will hear from Belina Raffy - who will explore how we can bring compassion and play into our work.

Finally you’ll hear from myself and Lou Downe (author of the brilliant Good Services) and others at the closing Panel discussion.

We weave live music throughout the day and design the day to be energetic and full filled.

Tickets are on sale at thisisdoing.com and we offer bulk discounts to Government and businesses.

We’d love to see you there!
